Terms of Service

In short

• • AivarCraft is a free, fan-run Hytale server. Nobody buys an advantage.
• • Signing in with Discord is optional — the site works without it.
• • Our Discord app can read your username, avatar and email. It cannot read your messages or post as you.
• • You can disconnect and have your account deleted at any time.
• • Break the rules and we can remove your access — from the game, the site, or both.

1. Who we are, and what this is

AivarCraft.lt is a community-run Hytale game server and the website around it. It is a hobby project, not a company, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Hypixel Studios, Riot Games or Discord Inc.

Using the website means you accept these terms. If you do not, simply do not use it — no account is needed to read anything here.

2. Signing in with Discord

The site has its own Discord application, used only so you do not have to invent another password. When you press Login with Discord, Discord asks you to approve two things:

• • identify — your Discord ID, username and avatar
• • email — the email address on your Discord account

That is the whole request. Discord shows it to you before anything happens, and nothing reaches us until you press Authorise.

What the app cannot do, whatever you approve:

• • It cannot read your messages, direct messages or any channel you are in
• • It cannot post, react or type as you, anywhere
• • It cannot add you to servers, remove you from them, or change your Discord profile
• • It cannot see your friends list or the other servers you are in

What we store, and for how long, is written down separately in the Privacy Policy.

3. Roles on our Discord server

Administrator access to this website is decided by the roles you hold on the AivarCraft Discord server — not by anything that can be set here. To check that, our bot reads the role list of that one server and the roles of its members.

It reads nothing else, and nothing at all about servers other than ours. If you leave our Discord server or lose the role, the matching access on the website goes away with it.

4. What we post into Discord

The site sends announcements to channels on our own Discord server: promotions and events, and a note when the record for most players online at once is beaten. These go through webhooks we control, into our own channels.

They are about the server, not about you personally. In-game names may appear in them — the same names that are already public on this website.

5. Your account

• • One account per person. Do not share it, and do not use someone else’s.
• • You are responsible for what happens under your account while you are signed in.
• • Keep your Discord account secure — if it is taken over, so is your access here.
• • You can revoke our app at any time in Discord: User Settings → Authorised Apps.

To have the account itself deleted from our database, write to [email protected] or message us on Discord. Deleting it removes your Discord link, your email and your avatar from our side.

6. Acceptable use

The website exists to serve the community. While using it, do not:

• • Attempt to break into it, probe it for weaknesses, or disrupt it for others
• • Scrape it automatically in a way that loads the server
• • Impersonate staff or other players
• • Upload or post anything illegal, hateful or otherwise abusive

Behaviour in the game is covered by the server rules, which are separate from this page and are enforced separately.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary and pay for the server and the domain. They do not buy items, ranks, statistics or any advantage in the game — that is the whole point of how the server is set up. What donations do and do not cover is written on the support page.

Because a donation is a gift and not a purchase, it is not refundable. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will look at it.

8. Removing access

We can suspend or remove access to the website, the game server, or both, if the rules above or the server rules are broken. For anything short of an obvious attack you will be told why, and you can appeal on Discord.

9. No warranty

This is a hobby project run by volunteers. The server and the website are provided as they are: they may go down, lose data, or change without notice, and we cannot promise otherwise. Nobody is paying for a service level here, and we are not liable for losses arising from using them.

Game progress lives on the game server. We take care of it, but we do not guarantee it against loss.

10. Changes and contact

If these terms change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top always shows when it last did. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.

Questions about anything on this page: [email protected] or our Discord.
